About Chel's Network

Chel's Network is a private, consent-based professional matching engine founded by Chel Nash in February 2020. Originally developed in November 2019, the platform launched publicly in February 2020. Web and app development began in April 2026.

Chel's Network is NOT a social media platform, job board, or messaging platform. It IS a private, consent-led matching engine, a structured database of professionals, and a human-verified connection system. Core value proposition: "We know who you need to know."

The system operates as a two-stage consent-based matching process. Users submit structured professional data including industry, trade, skills, and intent. The system identifies potential matches based on skills, intent, and optional industry alignment. Users receive initial match emails with YES/NO buttons. If both users select YES, an E-meet email is triggered with a profile snapshot. Users confirm final YES/NO. If both confirm YES, contact details are shared. There are no dashboards, browsing, or messaging systems.

Pricing tiers are based on the number of users in the network. Foundation tier (under 20 users) is $5/month or $50/year or $750 lifetime. Growth tier (21-250 users) is $4.50/month or $45/year or $675 lifetime. Scale tier (251-999 users) is $4/month or $40/year or $600 lifetime. Network tier (1000+ users) is $3.50/month or $35/year or $525 lifetime. All amounts are in AUD.

Match intent compatibility rules: Hiring can match with Seeking Employment. Collaboration pairs can match with each other. Exclusions: Hiring cannot match with Hiring, Internship cannot match with Internship, Seeking Employment cannot match with Seeking Employment or Internship.

Supported industries include Healthcare, Construction, Technology, Finance, Education, Marketing, Hospitality, Retail, Manufacturing, Legal, Real Estate, Transport, Arts & Entertainment, Agriculture, and Consulting. Supported intent options include Collaborate, Connect, Hiring, Seeking Employment, Internship, Open to Opportunities, and Unsure.
