Chel's Network is a private, consent-based professional matching service designed to connect people based on skills, qualifications, industry, trade, and intent. We do not operate as a public directory, social network, messaging platform, or job board. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and what rights you have over your information.
Chel's Network is operated for the purpose of running a structured matching system. Users submit professional details, and the service uses those details to evaluate potential introductions. Personal information is only shared when the matching flow requires it and both users consent.
We collect information you provide directly, information generated by the service, and limited technical data needed to run the platform.

We use personal information only for service operation and related business needs. That includes account creation, login, email verification, matching, consent tracking, payment processing, fraud prevention, support, and legal recordkeeping.
We do not use your data for advertising, behavioural profiling, public ranking, or a social feed.
Chel's Network uses a two-stage consent flow. We compare professional details to identify possible matches, then send an introduction email asking both people whether they want to proceed. Only after mutual agreement do we send the E-meet email, and only after a second mutual agreement do we share contact details.
The service is designed so that consent is explicit at each stage. A user can say no at any point and the match is stopped.
We do not sell personal information. We only disclose information where needed to run the service, when a match progresses with consent, or where required by law.
We use third-party services to operate the platform. These providers may process data on our behalf.

We store data primarily in Cloudflare D1 and related Cloudflare services. We use password hashing, access controls, and HTTPS. Admin access is restricted. User data is intended to remain private and is not publicly searchable.
Where files or links are used in the service, they are only surfaced inside service-controlled email or account views. We do not run a public profile directory.
We keep data while your account exists or as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations. Different types of data may be retained for different periods.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting chelsnetwork@gmail.com. Where deletion is requested, we will remove or de-identify data where reasonably possible, subject to legal retention requirements.
The service is not intended for children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
We do not use advertising cookies or user-level analytics. We may use essential cookies or tokens needed for authentication and secure service operation.
We do not use your personal data to train artificial intelligence models or to profile you. If we add AI features later, we will update this policy before the feature goes live.
