By creating an account or using Chel's Network, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Chel's Network is a private, consent-based professional matching engine. It is designed to connect users based on skills, qualifications, industry, trade, and intent. It is not a public social network, message board, job board, or algorithmic feed.
Match progression happens only when both people explicitly opt in. The service may send an initial match email, an E-meet email, and a final connection email. If either person declines at any stage, the match ends.
Chel's Network uses per-person pricing. Fees may vary based on the network tier or group size. Payment is processed through third-party providers, and we do not store full payment card details.

Unless stated otherwise, pricing is per person. If you are onboarding a group, each participant is charged at the relevant tier rate.
If a refund policy is applicable to your plan or campaign, it will be shown at the point of purchase or communicated directly by the business. Where a subscription or renewal applies, you are responsible for cancelling before the next billing cycle if you no longer want access.
You retain ownership of content you provide, including profile details, bios, skills, talents, and any optional media. You grant Chel's Network a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content only to operate the service and carry out the matching process.
You must not misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes unlawful use, abuse of other users, data scraping, attempting to bypass access controls, and supplying content you do not have the right to use.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or remove features at any time if needed for security, maintenance, product changes, or operational reasons.
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we store it, and what rights you have. That policy forms part of the user experience and should be read together with these Terms.
Chel's Network branding, website design, and original service materials belong to the business or its licensors. You may not reuse or copy them without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chel's Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
You agree to indemnify Chel's Network against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted here, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated version.
